The pair Vanessa Hudgens and Cole Tucker are going strong. There’s no telling whether they’ll get engaged, but they’re definitely a couple.
“They are very in love. They’ve gotten to the point of their relationship where they’re serious and dedicated to each other,” an Us Weekly insider reveals.
“However, Vanessa is likewise dedicated to her job at the moment and isn’t in that marriage-focused mindset.”
While Hudgens is hesitant, Tucker, 25, is “already quite the romantic,” according to a source. Meanwhile, the pair has not moved in together yet, but “the next step” is to do so.
Princess Switch’s star, 33, and the professional baseball player haven’t let their hectic lives get in the way of their romance.
“They are extremely patient with one another and provide each other space to be free and succeed in their careers,” the source says.
They’ve both accepted the fact that their lives, including their relationship, are under scrutiny, despite the fact that neither is particularly outspoken.
However, these little ones typically miss each other when they’re apart because they make an effort to see as much of one another as possible while still missing one another when they are apart — it adds a layer of preciousness and significance to their reunions.
In November 2020, the two were rumored to be dating, but they didn’t make their relationship Instagram official until February.
She opened up about their connection in April, saying they met through a Zoom meditation group. She revealed why she made the first move one month later.
“I’m going after what I want or who I want,” said the High School Musical star during an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show. “If I need anything or someone, I go after it.”
“I just slid into his DMs and said, ‘Hey, it was nice to meet you,’” one female says. So I think there’s no need to be embarrassed about making the first move.
In April, Hudgens gushed about her relationship with Tucker to ET, commenting, “He’s just perfect for me. I am [pleased].”
Yes, I am. I believe it’s critical to be grateful for what you have in life at all times. “There was a time when I wasn’t practicing that much and it showed. But now, being conscious of my practice has really allowed things to fall into place.”
Despite their packed schedules, reports about the actress and the athlete being “very much still in each other’s lives” exclusively surfaced in October.
According to an insider, Hudgens is “very encouraging” of Tucker’s baseball career and sends him good luck texts when she is unable to attend his games.
“They try to schedule enjoyable dates when their schedules allow but, even when they’re apart, they FaceTime and chat constantly,” the source added at the time. “They’re a really lovely pair.”
