Lindsay Lohan and boyfriend Bader Shammas have announced their engagement after nearly two years of dating.
The pair donned casual clothes in their recent photographs, smiling proudly as they admired her enormous diamond bauble from Harry Winston. The family of the Parent Trap actress was equally as excited about the match.
Dakota Lohan, the actress’ brother, remarked on Instagram Story on Sunday, resharing his sister’s message, “I’m not crying, you’re crying.”
Although the pair have maintained their relationship under wraps, they were first seen together at a Dubai music event in 2020.
The Herbie: Fully Loaded actress is set to reprise her role as the titular vehicle in which a vengeful spirit takes over. She was previously engaged to Egor Tarabasov before their 2016 breakup, and has been readying herself to return to the big screen.
Lindsay will star in a new Netflix holiday romantic comedy alongside Glee’s Chord Overstreet later this year.
In the movie, she is a “spoiled hotel heiress who loses her memory after a skiing accident,” according to the film’s official longline.
In the days leading up to Christmas, she “ends up in the care of a handsome blue-collar lodge owner and his precocious daughter,” according to the description.
Film and television actress announced the debut of her own podcast, which will allow her to have compelling discussions with her pals and show visitors.
“I’m thrilled to collaborate with Studio 71 on the creation and distribution of my podcast,” Lindsay announced through Instagram in October.
“I’m excited to interact with my supporters more and have deeper talks with thought leaders and friends from many sectors.”
Her mother Dina Lohan also expressed her daughter’s return to the entertainment world.
Lindsay relocated to Dubai after achieving success as a youngster, and she now lives there with her partner.
