Shanna Moakler has been granted an emergency protective order, according to Us Weekly. She was granted an emergency protective order and arrested her boyfriend, Mathew Rondeau, who attacked her by throwing a chair on her.
According to the document, obtained by Us Weekly, the officer noted: “[Rondeau] grabbed victim by the hair, [swinging] her on the ground.” Rondeau then “grabbed [Moakler’s] face and neck, threw a chair at the victim, and urinated on her, leaving visible injuries.”
According to the police report, guns were seized. The police officer’s order is good for seven days, ending the morning of March 3.
Moakler, who had been dating Rondeau on and off since 2020, has not yet extended the order past the first week.
According to the paperwork seen by Us, the scenario must not “harass, attack, strike, threaten, or assault” the Celebrity Big Brother alumnus.” The restraining order also requires Rondeau to stay at least 100 yards away from her and to leave her house immediately.
Police said that Rondeau, who was arrested for felony domestic violence earlier this week, had been charged with a misdemeanor.
He was in the news a few hours earlier when he posted an unsettling Instagram Live video from Moakler’s account.
On social media, he claimed the Meet the Barkers celebrity was still fixated on ex-husband Travis Barker and had slept at a married man’s house the night before.

According to US, Rondeau was “spinning the tale,” and that Moakler “would never” sleep with a married man.
For his part, Moakler has been recuperating and looking forward to moving on his own.
“She’s not going back with him, for sure,” an insider exclusively told Us on Friday, February 25. “Rondeau has been ‘thrown out’ of her house,’” the source added. She’s all done. She’s been with him for a few years and she was serious about their relationship.… Shanna is just a little upset right now. She’s doing fine and just recovering from the previous day’s awful event.”
After being released from jail, Rondeau shared a statement on his Instagram Story immediately.
