Many celebrities have expressed their tributes to Tom Parker after he lost his life-death battle with brain cancer at the age of just 33.
His wife Kelsey informed about the tragic news of Tom’s death via her Instagram account.
In October 2020, he was diagnosed with a high-grade form of brain cancer known as glioblastoma multiforme, which is considered extremely difficult to treat.
Tom underwent radiotherapy and chemotherapy, but it was too late. Tom was a loving father to daughter Aurelia, two, and son Bodhi, 11 months.
On Instagram, Ed Sheeran expressed his sadness at the death of Tom Parker.
“So sorry to hear of Tom’s death,” he added, alongside a shot of himself. “Kelsey, his children, and family are in my thoughts and love at this sad time. What an excellent guy! x”
Rylan Clark, the TV presenter, tweeted his condolences to Tom.
“I’ve just heard about Tom’s death, and it’s absolutely devastating. He was a really nice guy. It’s terrible to hear. Sending my love to Kelsey and the children. Terrible news, man.” #RIPTom x”
It’s really terrible, according to Harry Judd of McFly. “It’s extremely distressing,” he added on The One Show. Tom was such a wonderful guy, so charismatic and brave throughout the course of his illness. All I can say now is that we offer our sympathies to Kelsey and their two children.
“So young and sad,” tweeted Mr. Donald of Take That. “RIP @TomParker from the Wanted,” he added, offering his condolences to Tom’s devastated family.
Kemp Tom tweeted: “Tom Parker, may you R I P my love goes out to all of your family and friends…. Your bravery, perseverance, and optimism will always be remembered.”
“This has floored me,” says EastEnders actress Tamzin Outhwaite on Twitter. “I’m sending love and light to Tom’s family. It’s heartbreaking.” Rest in peace, Mr. Parker.
“Just heard that Tom Parker passed away,” said Strictly’s James Jordan. My father died of the same nasty illness that took him.
My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. He was a wonderful individual whom I had the pleasure of meeting on several occasions and who is now resting in peace. Rest In Peace, brother.
