Tony Bennett just set a Guinness World Record for being the oldest person to release a new album. “Love for Sale,” a collaboration with Lady Gaga, was released on October 1, and Bennett was 95 years and 60 days old at the time, according to Guinness.
The album is the first for Bennett in three years.
He previously held a Guinness World Record as the oldest musical artist to have had an album at number one on the charts!
In 2014, he was awarded that record after “Duets II” spent two weeks atop Billboard’s jazz albums chart.
Now with his new record under his belt, we can’t wait to see what he does next!
