He is described as a “fiercely devoted father, husband, son, brother, and friend” on his Instagram profile. However, he did not reveal his illness until this year, when he was diagnosed with cardiac angiosarcoma<\/a> – a rare and aggressive form of cancer.<\/p>\n

“He made the decision to battle his illness privately, undergoing many difficult treatments while also heading several significant institutions across fashion, art, and culture,” according to the statement.<\/p>\n

He was a man who “kept getting better at whatever he set his mind to. Abloh was famous as a reputed designer in the fashion world. Also, he was a DJ and an artist with degrees in civil engineering and architecture.<\/p>\n

LVMH CEO Bernard Arnault<\/a> added: “Virgil was not only a creative genius but also an angelic being with great knowledge and deep understanding.”<\/p>\n
