After Two Months of Marriage, Meghan King and Joe Biden’s Nephew Cuffe Owens Announce their Divorce

Meghan King has confirmed her divorce with Joe Biden's Nephew Cuffe Owens after two months of marriage.

Meghan King expected a bright future with her husband Cuffe Owens. But things didn’t work out between Meghan King and Joe Biden’s nephew Cuffe Owens. Now, she has confirmed their split after two months of marriage.

A source tells Us Weekly exclusively that, following King, 37’s announcement that she and the lawyer have called it quits: “They didn’t really get to know each other.” “She had been dreaming of a fairy tale existence with him, but it was anything but that.”

The pair married three weeks after meeting in October. The pair had previously faced hurdles that “ultimately put stress on the marriage,” according to an insider.

“She wasn’t ready to settle her life in Missouri after she spent some time getting settled in Missouri,” according to the source. She has a daughter Aspen, 5, and twin sons Hart and Hayes, 3, with her previous husband Jim Edmonds.

Meghan King was hopeful of Owens’ relocation to her in the midwest. However, Jor Biden’s nephew preferred to reside in California.

The former Real Housewives of Orange County star crossed paths with Owens through the dating app Raya.

She assumed that she had found one in Cuffe who would agree to move to St. Louis to stay with her. King said they were on each others’ side for weeks.

However, Meghan King informed via Instagram Stories on December 27 that the marriage was not meant for them. And she spread the news soon after she eliminated “wife” from her social media profiles.

The reality TV star said the situation is very grave and she said she had not imagined it while taking vows. She said she is moving on with her children and she has learned to bear the pain of shattered dreams.

Despite the fact that Owens’s last name is no longer included on King’s social media accounts, she hasn’t removed her wedding photos from her feed.

Edmonds, 52, claimed in the Daily Mail that his ex-wife contacted him before she walked down the aisle.

After five years of marriage, the former center fielder parted ways with King in October 2019. He began dating Kortnie’s friend and professional dancer, Kortnie O’Connor.

US Weekly reported in August that the pair had gotten engaged after more than a year together.
