Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have been criticized for allowing their nine-year-old daughter to wear a crop top and color her hair.
In a TikTok video, originally uploaded to her father Scott’s account, the pair are seen lip-synching to British rapper Nutcase 22’s song Captain.
In the video, which has since been removed, Penelope is seen wearing high-waisted jeans, a beige crop top, and a Prada shoulder bag while whistling.
“When we’re too excited to go to dinner,” she wrote in the description of her video.
Despite the clip being taken down from his account, it was quickly reposted to a Kardashian Instagram fan page, where he again came under fire.
Penelope’s appearance was met with a lot of criticism, with many declaring that she looked to be in her early twenties owing to her clothing and red locks.
“She looks to be 16 years old,” a concerned fan noted.
Many people opposed allowing Penelope to grow her mousy locks to a rich scarlet hue.
“Why did they dye her hair red.. She’s too young for that….,” a concerned social media user asked.
Penelope, Scott, and ex Kourtney have two children: Mason, 12, and Reign, 7.
Scott, the creator of Talentless, was previously in a relationship with Kourtney for nearly a decade before breaking up in 2015.
Despite the fact that they aren’t in a relationship, the tv personality Scott is still involved with the famous family.
During the KUWTK reunion show last year, Scott allowed Kourtney’s relationship with Blink-182’s Travis.
